About Us

Teresa, a self-taught cook and passionate baker, many years ago convinced her husband Sabatino and two brothers Cosimo & Guiseppe to buy an existing bakery in Woodstock called Lamon's Bakery. After operating the bakery, they decided to open a satellite store in Stratford. Over the years, to meet the high demands of the many tourists, evolved this wonderful trattoria, where meals, espresso, desserts and gelati can be found any time of the day.

Not too many restaurants can boast about being open for 21 years. Every year we welcome the same guests and many new ones into our trattoria.

It is like waiting for relatives to arrive for lunch or dinner, greeted with hugs and kisses.

Owners Teresa and Sabatino greet repeat customers just like family. The warm, open concept kitchen of the trattoria smells like you are walking into nonna's kitchen. The plates are delicious. The mountain of biscotti, tarelli, and cantucci, satisfy the sweetest tooth ever.
